Zippy Shell’s High Rise Storage
Zippy Shell’s registered trucks and trailers take our containers right to your loading dock for easy access. Our polite, professional movers will prepare your goods for storage and carefully load your Zippy Shell containers. After your container is loaded we bring it right to our climate-controlled storage facility.
We can work with your building management to provide all necessary insurance and licenses as required. Zippy Shell also offers professional packing and unpacking services if desired.
Climate-Controlled Storage Facility
The storage in our facility is always kept at a cool 60-80 degrees and all storage is monitored with 24-hour video surveillance and roving security. You have access to your items all 364 days a year that we operate.
Zippy Shell’s High Rise Storage FAQs
How much does storage cost?
As of November 10, 2023, delivery of a Zippy Shell to your home is $149, which includes the return trip back to our storage facility. Storage is $199 per month for our 15’ storage container and $159 per month for our 8’ storage container. When storage is over, redelivery is $149.
We always have in-depth conversations with our clients to determine their specific storage needs.
Can I get access to my container while it is in storage?
Yes! For a small charge, we will pull down and stage your container, giving you complete access to your things. We recommend giving Zippy Shell at least 24 hours notice to ensure your container can be made available.
How much do you charge for loading or unloading a Zippy Shell container?
As of April 1, 2023, we charge a flat fee of $349 to load or unload one Zippy Shell container. If you need both loading and unloading services, the fee is $349 for each service. We bring a vast array of protective materials to every job and you will only be charged for what you use. Loading will typically include light disassembly (e.g. beds and tables). Unloading includes the reassembly of any furniture that we disassembled.
How are storage fees handled?
Storage is typically paid for using a credit card or debit card. We charge your card monthly on your anniversary date. Storage is charged by the month and is not prorated. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time you must stay in storage.
Does Zippy Shell provide all licenses and insurance required by my management company?
Yes, we will work with you to provide all necessary paperwork to your building management or concierge.
